Mailflux makes email accessible to everyone. No technical knowledge? No worries: we handle the entire setup and get you going quickly. With a clear interface and personal support, you'll be emailing smoothly from any device.
You send mail from your own domain, for example you@yourbusiness.be, with twenty free aliases such as info@ or invoices@ that arrive in the same mailbox. POP, IMAP and SMTP are open, so Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail or the app on your phone keep working as before. What an address on your own domain actually gets you is set out in email on your own domain; everything about the mailbox itself is on the professional mailbox with your own domain.

A clear calendar
With the integrated calendar you manage all your appointments and tasks in one place. Schedule meetings, receive reminders and sync automatically across all your devices. That way you stay organised and never miss an appointment again.
In Pro and Premium your calendar syncs through CalDAV and your contacts through CardDAV, so an appointment you enter on your laptop is on your phone straight away. You share a calendar with colleagues, so everyone can see where there is still room, and you keep a task list next to your appointments. Webmail
Get started right away with webmail
Log in and you're up and running straight away: no installations, no settings. Just log in and mail, right from your browser, wherever you are.
The webmail is available in nine languages, among them Dutch, French, German and English, and works in every modern browser on computer, tablet and phone. Security that runs along
Every plan includes antivirus, antispam and antimalware, plus filtering that uses machine learning to learn which messages are spam, phishing or malware. That runs automatically in the background: you have nothing to install and no rules to maintain. Choose Pro or Premium and premium antimalware comes on top of that.
On top of that you can switch on two-factor authentication per mailbox, your messages are backed up automatically and connections are encrypted with TLS. Your mailboxes are hosted in Europe and are GDPR compliant, with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA) as the supervisory authority. All the layers in a row are on anti-malware and email security, and what you are best off doing yourself is in secure emailing.

Our webmail is available in Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.
Do I need to install an app to access my email?
No, you don't. Our webmail includes all the features and works on any device. Prefer to use an app like Thunderbird or Outlook? That works too: all common mail software works with Mailflux.
What if I don't have a domain name yet?
No problem. We'll register and manage a domain name for you, so you can start emailing professionally right away.
